The self-proclaimed king of anchovies since 1957! It is true that since its origins, this family place has been committed to pursuing an artisanal treatment of anchovies (desalting, cutting fillets and marinating in oil). Today, the old bodega in the Cañamelar district, near the port, is a distant memory and we welcome you in a new, all-white room, with walls, ceilings, tables and chairs, which are organized around the bara, a small dining room and a small patio where you can also enjoy these famous anchovies. It will be served in all its forms, both on its own and in a sandwich, with tuna in oil, Iberian ham or goat's cheese
