A welcoming establishment with colourful decoration and a lively atmosphere. It is also one of the places where rice expertise is not discussed. Here you can enjoy paellas the Valencian way, served with chicken, rabbit, green vegetables and snails, or prefer the more luxurious meloso rice, accompanied by red crab or lobster. Another speciality not to be missed is rice a la banda, sprinkled with prawn tails or monkfish. Known and recognized, it is of course very popular and an average of 500 rations a day are served here.
