PALACE FESOL
It is one of Valencia's oldest restaurants, created in 1909 and can boast of past 100 years. Renovated a few dozen years ago, it offers a very large space, but it is especially the rendez-vous of traditional Valencian cuisine. Where you can enjoy the closed eyes of the dishes like the All i Pebre de Anguilas or the Titaina. A typical dish in the Cabañal district which presents itself as a sort of ratatouille in the Valencian, naturist tomatoes, red peppers, tuna and pine nuts. Also in the programme, the rice meloso, served with mushrooms and of course the typical valencienne paella. Apart from this respect for traditions, it makes a point of serving only extremely fresh products. Fish are wild (try bonito, succulent tuna) and homemade desserts. With special mention for lemon cream with citrus and for the flan her. Please note, if you want to explore more closely-filled dishes such as the arroz meloso con buey de Mar (rice in the meal) or rice in the burbot, order them in advance. Excellent wine card.
