EL POBLET
Quique Dacosta opened this gourmet restaurant in Valencia in 2012, occasionally giving it the name of its historic restaurant, opened in Denia in 1981, and renamed Quique Dacosta. And it is also a great opportunity to test a high level cuisine since the prices, if they remain high, are nevertheless accessible for a service of this standard. On the menu, you will find the classics that have made it famous, such as tomato snow, cubalibre of foie gras, arroz ceniza or the prestigious gamba roja from Denia. The establishment also has Manuela Romeralo, one of the best sommeliers in Spain. No cuisine in sight in this restaurant but a modern and contemporary decoration to accompany this culinary journey. Please note that all bookings are made via the Internet with a deposit.
