RESTAURANTE LIENZO
It is run by María José Martínez, a star of Spanish cuisine. She previously worked at Quique Dacosta's "El Poblet" restaurant. The menu at this Michelin-starred restaurant features green vegetables from Valencia's huerta and fish from the coast. Particularly popular are squid, cooked at low temperature, and shrimp tartare. Proposals vary with the seasons, of course, but lovers of Galician blond cow should enjoy it regularly, accompanied by its parmentier, as well as the "rosa del desierto" with chocolate and dark lemon.
