It is run by María José Martínez, a rising star in Spanish cuisine. She had worked in the restaurant "El Poblet" of Quique Dacosta. On the menu, of course, are the green vegetables of the Valencia huerta and the fish of the coast. We particularly appreciate the squid, cooked at low temperature or the shrimp tartar. The proposals vary with the seasons, but lovers of the Galician cow should enjoy it regularly, accompanied by its parmentier as well as the "rosa del desierto" with chocolate and dark lemon.

Établissement surprenant pour la décoration tout de blanc vêtu et sans fioritures . Les plats étaient magnifiquement présentés et excellent. Juste une remarque sur certains plats que nous aurions aimés plus relevé.s. Belle adresse je recommande

Toujours au top, chaque fois que je viens à Valence j’ai grand plaisir à venir manger chez Lienzo, expérience culinaire toujours superbe et accueil super sympathique.!

Cuisine de goût, base souvent traditionnelle très bien modernisé. Service irréprochable! Parfait parfait parfait!
Seuls la tarte à l'ognion et l'onglet de boeuf sortent du lot.
Dommage car qualité de service est très bonne
