RICARD CAMARENA RESTAURANT
Ricard Camarena, former chef of the late Arrop, moved his restaurant previously located in the Eixample to the new premises of the Bombas Gens centre. You will find the chef's expertise and commitment to the quality of the products on offer since he continues to buy from small producers a few kilometres from Valencia. Most of the menus offered start with a battery of small snacks such as broccoli al dente served with tomato soup. And you can continue with a monkfish (rape) a la brasa or a snail watering if the time is snail time. Or his famous two-course duck. For dessert, there will be room for pumpkin and ginger ice cream or lemon puff pastry covered with crème brûlée. As this is a reference, you will of course have to break your piggy bank.
