This "little room" has been run since 2005 by Begoña Rodrigo, to date the first and only Michelin starred woman in Valencia. After a career as an industrial engineer, she developed a cuisine influenced by her many trips to Thailand, Mozambique or the Netherlands, while remaining faithful to local references. Discover for example her flagship dish, the "Tiara": a crown of cod, tuna and dried tuna, accompanied by small vegetables on a bed of green pesto or her scallops with a cream of roasted pine nuts.
