The course to concoct your own paella starts at 10am with a visit to the mercado central, where you will buy all the ingredients to make your dish. Back in the school's kitchens, you will make your own paella following the advice of experts and under their supervision. While keeping an eye on your cooking, you will taste typical Valencian wines, red or white, or homemade Valencian beer, all accompanied by a tasting of tomatoes straight from the Valencian huerta. Once your paella is finished, you can enjoy it in the dining room of La Valenciana restaurant, accompanied by a typical salad, an equally Valencian dessert and a drink. And you won't just be leaving with your new skills: you'll also receive a diploma and a photo report on the experience.
