PALAU DE LES ARTS REINA SOFÍA

Inaugurated in 2005, the Arts Palace Building seems to defy the engineering laws. This impressive construction, Signée, is made up of a narrower base than the rest of the structure, giving it a form of large liner. At the top of the building, a metallic pen points to the sky. The Palais des Arts consists of a main hall with a capacity of 1 400 seats and hosts operas, ballets and concerts. There is also a 1 500-seat auditorium and a smaller concert hall, La Aula Lecture, with a capacity of about 400 places.
