Museum exhibiting the Holy Grail, the sculptures of the twelve apostles and various works in Valencia.

In the first chapel, former chapter hall, the Holy Grail recognized by the Pope: It is surrounded by beautiful alabaster reliefs of Italian artists depicting the cathedral choir. In the first room, you can see the sculptures of the twelve apostles and the four saints of the Gothic gate of the cathedral. In the second room, a polychrome altarpiece of 1460 represents the ascent of the Virgin. On the right, above the window, is exposed a figure of the Virgin of Hope: This Virgin Speaker was worshipped by the Valenciennes who wanted a child to touch her belly. In the third room, you can see a collection of paintings by the Valencian painter Juan de Juanes (1789 th century), and two scenes of the life of Saint Francis Borgia by Goya (). In the fourth room you will notice the monumental custode of the Corpus Christi (about 300 kg), the realization of which is largely due to donations from the faithful. It is worn in procession in the city on the day of the Corpus Christi.

The museum is interesting especially with the videoguide.
Nice paintings or reliquiarii nice to look around witj the guide. Also statues of the apostles original that were replaced by copies in the relevant door. Be careful because they close even before 5:30.
The " Saint Grall " alabaster is worth the detour and you can even see channels port of Marseille, brought back from a battle...
