Declared a party of national tourism interest and rewarded by the gold medal of the City of Valencia, the Holy week of fishermen's Sailors gives rise to magnificent processions since the th century. The city now has more than 3 000 brotherhoods. On this occasion, the faithful transport to the sea the effigies of the many brotherhoods representing the episodes of Passion. The museum maintains a collection of tanks, costumes, statues and other objects involved in the folklore of the Semana Santa Marinera.
