GARDENS OF LA TURIA
Gardens with sports fields, zoo and various interesting sites, in the bed of the river Turia, in Valencia.
The gardens were built in the bed of the river of the same name, the diversion of which was decided after the great flood of Valencia in 1957. Inaugurated in 1986, they cross the city from west to east over more than 7 km and occupy an area of 110 ha. It includes several sports grounds, the Valencia Biopark (Valencia's zoo), the Water House, Gulliver Park and, as a centrepiece, the City of Arts and Sciences (Oceanogràfic, Agora, Hemisfèric, Umbracle, Príncipe Felipe Science Museum, Reina Sofía Palace of Arts).

Il y a des bars, des terrains de foot, de jeux pour les enfants, pelouses, arbres ....
Parfait pour se détendre et fuir le bruit de la ville comme le font les valenciens le soir et le dimanche.
