ART CENTER BOMBAS PEOPLE

This is the new address of the Valencian cultural scene, inaugurated in July 2017 and which has chosen to rally a place located in the Marxalenes district, north of Turia. Located in a former agricultural tools factory with a geometric design and Art Deco facade, this new 6,200-square-metre art centre, divided into three large and one smaller aisle, houses the Per Amor a l'Art collection, created by the private foundation of the same name. Composed of works by contemporary Spanish and international artists, mainly in the field of photography, painting and sculpture, with a current collection of 1,500 works from more than 150 artists, but which is expected to grow. It hosts many exhibitions and cultural activities. During your visit, you will also discover a medieval cellar and an anti-aircraft shelter dating from the civil war.
