Since 19 October 2018, Valencia has been proud to offer the city's first street food market, in the heart of Russafa. Following the example of cities such as New York, London, Amsterdam or Berlin. He takes up the codes of it by conceiving it as an extension of a street in which one strolls, looks, buys and settles a little further away to taste. As it targets both gourmets and healthy veggy, it is not surprising to find quinoa and one of the 10 positions offered, entirely dedicated to avocados: available in a thousand different ways, in potato stuffing or accompanied by fried cheese, quinoa, etc. Those who want to enjoy more local dishes will go to the "biendetapas" to enjoy the figatells of the marina (a kind of Valencian burger), the cocas (a kind of very crunchy local pizzas) or the rice.
