Castle, with Roman, Gothic and Islamic architecture, dominating the city of Xativa.

Perched, the castle dominates the city. It unites two fortresses, one of Muslim origin and the other Iberian, and still has its enclosure, chapel and some outbuildings. The parade ground is the central courtyard of the castle, from which the Castell Menor, of Iberian origin, can be accessed on the right, and the Castell Major on the left. Declared a historical monument, it combines Roman, Gothic and Islamic architecture. Walking around this fortress offers superb views of the city of Xativa and its green surroundings.

Il faut se le mériter
Bonne forme physique !
