They can be accessed in two ways. By the doorway of San Roc, we arrived at the Palau de la Vila, the Duchess of (, from the th to the th centuries. The other way is to go through the pujada.

del Fossaret, in the amount of the coast up to the highest point of the citadel, the real jewel of the place.

Classified as an artistic historical ensemble in the 1960 s, the Vila district retains one of the most representative medieval ensembles of the Valencian Community, which allows to remember that in the th century, Ontinyent was a populated city, like Xàtiva and Oriola. Above all, carrer major, or carrer of the Trinity, present majestic houses. It follows a tangle of streets, streets and impasses that it is very pleasant to discover, especially since many facades have been restored and have vivid colours. The circuit will also pass through the plaza de Sant Pere to get down. After the bridge of Santa Maria, you can observe a colorful succession of houses suspended from the remains of the medieval wall, with the bed of the Clariano, basically.
