It is the former wetlands of Elche where the saltworks have been set up. They are divided into two zones, the salt marsh area and the marsh area. Fauna and flora are of course adapted to this humidity and to the salinity rate. Throughout the year, the park is home to more than 150 species of birds, including impressive pink flamingos colonies. Its access is free.
