This restaurant held by the monastery disciples is a kind of huge canteen. You sit down after you buy your ticket at the entrance and you bring your menu on a trolley. The dishes are served in huge pots (rice, soup, vegetables), all with salads and rolls (rolls). This is the best place for Lantau to eat, very well known to the Chinese families coming to the temple. The dining room is colourful and the service frills. Outside, a small desk offers snacks and all kinds of soy-based desserts.
