HUTONG
Hutong combines a spectacular view of Hong Kong Bay with refined Northern cuisine, in a grandiose setting.
An address with well-deserved success. On the 18th floor, Hutong offers spectacular views over the bay and the skyline of Hong Kong Island. The place is renowned for its excellent free-flow brunch at weekends, but also for evening dining in a romantic, sophisticated atmosphere. The décor is grand and inspired by the old Beijing hutongs, with red lanterns, dark wood and antique objects. The menu features Northern Chinese cuisine, with spicy dishes such as Szechuan crab and excellent Peking duck.
