According to Alain Ducasse's concept, we choose here the ingredients of his dishes, and this is great art! The open kitchen faces Victoria Bay, and you're sitting so close to the water that you feel like being on board a boat. The frame is superb, very design, the walls presenting the bottles of vintage wine. The cellar has 3 000 bottles.
