Si vous voulez goûter à la cuisine Shanghaienne vous pouvez vous y rendre sans hésitation.
Très bon cadre, cuisine délicieuse, portions correctes et prix raisonnables (la BONNE cuisine de Shanghai à HK est chère). Le service est seulement acceptable comme partout à HK (hormis les établissement haut standing).
Je recommande particulièrement les Xia Long Bao (raviolis vapeur de porc avec un jus de soupe à l'intérieur; divin mais attention à ne pas vous brûler) et les Dan Dan Min (nouilles à la sauce de cacahuètes, c'est un délice). N'hésitez pas à demander moins épicé à la commande. Un " must try "
