Renowned for its impeccable traditional cuisine, the Gaddi's, opened since 1953, is a culinary myth in Asia. A symbol of yesterday's Hong Kong, we are welcomed in a sumptuous neoclassical frame where chandeliers and crystal chandeliers illuminate the room. Everything else is refined and high kitchen. Lobster bisque and crab ravioli are rich and creamy, the shells Saint-Jacques are accompanied by white butter in caviar, the cheese tray is sumptuous, as well as desserts, the lunch menu is more affordable.
