MARCHÉ DE JINBI LU
In a small pedestrian street perpendicular to the Jinbi Lu, full of market and shopping, there are many small restaurants overflowing on the sidewalks with their tables. It is always nice to be able to dine outside by watching the crowd hurry to shop in shops that remain open late in the evening. These restaurants do not, of course, have a menu in English, but just look what people eat and point fingers at the dishes you like. As the Chinese are sociable, they even have you taste their dishes so you can make an opinion.
The kitchen is made on rudimentary lights and dishes practically in the gutter, but as the Chinese cook everything and the meat and fish are always fresh (because killed just a few minutes before going to the saucepan), even in these small restaurants with summary hygiene, there is not much risk of getting to. back with food poisoning.
