This is undoubtedly the best youth hostel in the city, at least it is the most successful one with the world's travellers community. In the heart of the city centre, among the towers, it comes in a former building in a more traditional style with a very nice terrace overlooking the city (for the most) and especially beautiful double rooms (rooms with dorm beds are also very good). The large dining room and terrace are nice, and very practical, because you can eat at any time, Chinese and Western meals, and that expensive step!
