This former walled door is one of the only remaining buildings in 1389. Previously, four doors such as this constituted the protective wall of the city, but the many earthquakes in the region were right for each one, except for the one holding the entrance east of Jianshui. As a testimony to the town's rich past, it is also a meeting place for the local population, dealing with its daily activities.
