EL BUDARE
From the name of the plancha that serves to toaster the arepas, this address gives credit to the recipe. Continuous service is very useful for revellers. Apart from a somewhat stressful service due to the great attendance of this place, this restaurant has many advantages. In a rather pleasant setting (indoor and outdoor), wide variety of dishes (20 to 90 Bs. F): salads, pasta, grilled fish, seafood and of course arepas and cachapas. The cachapa of pernil and queso guayanes should not be missed under any pretext. Excellent fruit juices: tropical fruta (watermelon, pineapple, papaya), Very deep (three in one: orange, carrots, beet), Cocada (coconut and milk) or frío coconut, coconut milk served in its natural packaging…
