Like Granja Natalia, it is always Angel who manages this facility at 1 870 m above sea level. Day menu with input, dish, dessert and digestive. Crab salads, hot goat, good grill and fondue (salted and sweet), including a fondue fondue with rust and aioli. Havana cigar cellar. A neat garden and paintings painted by Angel, in homage to Galipan. 360 ° view of the Caribbean Sea and Caracas on the other side.
