The with a music that accompanies the waves of waves, we start with a drink that lasts the time of a sunset. Nelly is in the kitchen. Former kitchen manager for Venezuelan television, she prepares lobster better than anyone. Our Gérard Depardieu (cf. the photo in the kitchen!) even caught the night opening the refrigerators. Touched by the boss's charisma, he forgot his sailboat and slept in the sofa of the entrance for three nights. One of the best restaurants on the island, both for the location and for the base.
