This establishment has been run by the Schmitt family for five generations! The menu, which is regularly revisited, offers a range of fine dishes, with recipes that unashamedly blend different influences, without falling into the clichés of fusion cuisine and respecting the product. For dessert, we're totally in love with the fresh fruit fondue with hot chocolate, gourmet and convivial! And don't forget the tartes flambées served on the terrace in summer evenings.
