The nice Archie offers several simple but clean and pleasant apartments. Prices are more than reasonable (60 Bs. F per person in apartment and 30 Bs. F in dormitories) and only a garden separates you from the beach. Its windsurfing equipment can be stored in the shade of coconut trees. Archie also rents the very good equipment and gives courses (when he is not in Germany).
