EL CIRCULO

This restaurant of international and sushi cuisine represents the state of Lara in front of the other bastions of Provence gastronomy and is also part of the «ruta del paladar», a label created by the best restaurants in the Andes (La Casa del Salmón, Café Mogambo, Le Comedor de Xinia y Peter, Entrepueblos and Miramelindo). El Circulo organizes a culinary festival with renowned Venezuelan chefs such as Sumito and Hector Romero.
