BASILICA DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA CHIQUINQUIRA

Legend tells that a peasant woman found on a beach, while collecting wood, a board that once transported to her house, suddenly showed the illustration of the Virgin of Chiquiquirá. Still today, the street where the lady lived bears the name of El Milagro (The Miracle). And it is because of his little eyes that the Virgin is called La Chinita, which means "La petite Chinoise". On November 18, he was made a party, one of the best in the country.
