LA CASA DE RUBEN
Ruben Santiago, formed at Hotel Margarita Concorde in the 1980 s as a bar chef, won national titles as a bartender. He also participated in global trials. Then it was in his little wooden house that he created this restaurant where he continued to improve his skills as chief. The famous dish of the island of the day known as the «El Cuajao de Chucho» was revisited here, since by replacing the potato and the egg, Ruben chose the plantain banana, la, grapes and cheese to rename the dish «El Pastel de Chucho», which has now become an indispensable one.
