Carlos, the master of the place, is a very connected traveller. It was in the French Riviera that he was probably inspired by his inspiration to make Cata bar the popular address on Margarita. A very successful restaurant concept: The dining room is cosy; ' gourmet fusion'dishes are not rich but of quality; meat and fish are well prepared; the bodega is well provided to satisfy wine and whisky lovers; and the service is impeccable. At the end of the evening, when the hotel closes its doors, the lucky or the most pleasant may stay in the rear lounge to dance until dawn on the tubes of the 1980 s and 1990 s. Wake up: you are still in Venezuela.
