This small Ramsgate-based museum has four different galleries that make up its permanent exhibition on all aspects of local maritime history. Its port, navigation, fishing, sea rescue and shipwrecks are all covered here. An additional space hosts a changing temporary program. The museum is located in the superb Clock House, directly on the quayside of Ramsgate harbor, home of the unique Ramsgate Meridian, 5 minutes and 41 seconds ahead of the most famous, Greenwtch of course.
