Quality restaurants are not really to be found in the center of Dover, so you'll have to explore the picturesque surrounding villages to find the good eateries. This beautiful white building attracts local gourmets with its traditional cuisine based on local produce and its regularly changing seasonal menu. Freshly caught fish and shellfish are a particular favorite. Originally an old village pub, it has been in existence for almost 200 years. You can also sleep in one of its unique and sublime rooms.
