A successful meal at Flint House in Hannington's Lane. The decor is hip, industrial-style, with a marble table and an open kitchen with a green tiled wall. Counter and table seating available. Also, a magnificent sunny terrace in the heart of Brighton. Small plates to share and multiply, blending the taste of sea and land. We love the ultra-fresh oysters with their red chili pepper. Corn croquettes with aioli and grilled flank steak with pepper sauce are always a must.
