This poke bowl bar is located on one of Brighton's main avenues, close to the train station. The poke bowls are prepared before your very eyes using fresh ingredients. Many recipes are already created, with tuna, salmon, chicken, tofu... or you can create your own combination. You can choose your base (sushi rice, brown rice...).
