It's a historical site, a museum and a real attraction. A visit to Tudor House will give you an insight into the daily lives of Southampton's inhabitants over the centuries. It was Southampton's first museum, opened in 1912. This historic house, built around 1495, still boasts beautiful half-timbering and a sublime 16th-century garden in its inner courtyard. The entire complex was completely renovated between 2002 and 2011. Reconstructions of historical scenes and attractive animations punctuate the visit.

L'extérieur fait un peu penser aux maison de l'est de la France (à colombage) et est très bien conservé.
