It may seem strange to have chosen Newport as the location for such a prestigious address, but the gamble has paid off, thanks to the talent of young chef Robert Thompson. With flavors and textures preserved, the dishes present the best of British and European gastronomy, while highlighting the local terroir. The interiors are contemporary and the plates are carefully prepared. We love the open kitchen facing the dining room and the relaxed atmosphere. A sublime address.
