Number 38 has managed to combine the high standing of a top-of-the-range hotel with the cosy comfort of a traditional guest house. To the north of Clifton, facing the large Clifton Down Park, it is a very peaceful location in a residential area. Terrace and garden add to the character of the place, which has relied on rooms with a pronounced style to attract a demanding clientele. The interiors combine modern and antique for a successful chic result. Breakfast uses regional ingredients and is not lacking in flavour. A very good address!
