The Circus is a British brasserie that is winning over locals and tourists alike with its fine dishes drawn directly from the national tradition. Meat from Angus or Herefordshire and fish from Cornwall are just some of the dishes on the menu, which is simple but well mastered, with an option for vegetarians. We appreciate the local origins of the ingredients, which put England in the spotlight. The interior is sober and classy, and the service particularly attentive.
