Full of history and charm, this pub first appeared in 1320. Its richly-heritage interiors are divided into three different areas, and the large fireplace and dark woodwork provide a traditional setting. Risotto, fish & chips, sausages, pork belly, fish pies, burgers, venison and more make up a thoroughly English menu. It's also a great place to come for a beer. A must if you want to spend the evening in Salisbury or stop off after discovering Stonehenge.

J'ai souvent mangé au Haunch of Venison. Jamais déçu de leur cuisine. Toujours fraîche et savoureuse.
