The chain of hotels took advantage of the conversion of a former police station to design an original place. On several levels of this modern building overlooking Chester's racecourse, it has stylish and spacious rooms, with outdoor terraces, large windows and bathrooms with contemporary design. On the top floor of the building you can enjoy a cosy bar and a restaurant with interesting panoramic views, supervised by the British chef Michael Caines. We relax here in a chic atmosphere, as far away from the density of the city and yet a few metres from its historic centre.
