Since 2013, Leeds Brewery has had its embassy here in the city of York. Several medieval stalls are attached in a lively square and you move from one to the other with good beers and successful English classics. It's a great place to have a drink or a bite to eat in a well renovated historic setting. Some suggestions? Mushroom and oyster risotto, vegan pie, shrimp cocktail, but also a selection of excellent burgers and incredible homemade desserts, like the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream.
