This beautiful YHA hostel is located in a charming manor house, adjacent to the abbey to which it was once attached. There are dorms, double or family rooms as well as pleasant common spaces such as the living room, games room or shared kitchen where guests can prepare their meals. Possible restoration and free Wi-Fi. For a little less comfort but in a breathtaking environment, you can opt for the second one at YHA 20 minutes south of Whitby, in Boggle Hole. The house literally has its feet in the water, isolated on the beach and on the edge of a river. The framework is romantic in desire and restful, just a few steps from Robin's Hood Bay.
