63 DEGREES
63 degrees is a French family restaurant located in the Northern Quarter, a lively area of Manchester. This exceptional address offers a modern cuisine using only fresh and local products that surprise by their flavor. A room is available on the first floor for groups but also for private events. But why 63 degrees? According to Chef Eric Moreau, it is the perfect temperature for cooking poultry to bring out incredible flavours and unequalled tenderness. As for the house's speciality, we strongly recommend it, a delight! Some examples of starters and autumn dishes, snails with dry Vouvray, celery root remoulade with scallops, roasted Turbot or one of the chef's burgers. To accompany this, the restaurant offers a very nice wine list. An experience not to be missed.
