Undoubtedly the best known gastronomic restaurant in Liverpool, located in the magnificent Hope Street Hotel. The decoration is minimalist, with white walls, some bold paintings and glass panels. The hotel is open for brunch, lunch, tea and dinner. Side kitchen, the offer is desirable and relies largely on the use of seasonal English products: Merseyside vegetables, Wirral pork, lamb in Cumbria, Yat beef, Southport fish and Lancashire cheeses… The list of suppliers can be found on the website. Good wine list and recommendations in line with the dishes.
