ALMA DE CUBA
This is a phenomenon found in several cities in England: a restaurant in a church. It was built in the th century and its baroque framework remained well prégnant. Marble columns and sheets of gold acanthes, altar surmounted by a cross, chore… Everything is there. Large bricks, exposed beams and deer skulls set to the wall fill this surprising décor. On the map, a kitchen that fuses English traditions and Caribbean gastronomy, with the image of the lamb marinated in mojito, honey, lemon and mint.
